Expectations in Your Life Just Lead to Giant Disappointments

Yes, I know my header is a wee bit sad.

But PLEASE, PLEASE be careful about your expectations.

Even though it is great to have them, don't let them lead you down roads you do not wish to go.

Make them attainable expectations. Basically, don't make them impossible to reach.

One day you will find someone who will meet most of them,

But cut them a little slack if they don't.

 They are trying their best.

Moving On

To love yourself is the beginning of a life long romance.

Moving on is a very hard concept to grasp.

You get so emotionally attached to someone that you feel you can't live without them.

You trick yourself into high school love.

You feel like the world is going to end if you can't be together.

You feel like you can never be happy without that person.

You just feel depressed.

But sometimes it is the best thing for you.

It will help you discover who you are and it will help you heal.

It is very hard and may take you months, but it's not impossible either.

It WILL hurt.

But it's just something you have to go through in your life eventually.

Even if you don't really want it...It's for the best.

*{[This is quite dramatic and is how I feel to an extent. I don't feel like I have to be with them, I know I can be happy, and I know my world won't end. But it is hard. I will make it work.]}*

I Am ME. Plain. Simple.

Yes. I've been hurt in the past.
Yes. I have hurt people in the past.
Yes. I have changed recently.
Yes. I over react.
Yes. I am dramatic sometimes.
Yes. I do have problems.
No. I don't intentionally hurt people.
No. I don't expect you to be my friend.
No. I don't think I'm better than other people.
No. I don't expect you to care.
No. I don't need to tell you everything.
No. I don't like who I have become.

Just had to get some things cleared up in my head.
Hmph.

Time to move on.
Change yourself.
Make yourself a new, better person.
Today is your day, if you don't take it, you'll never change.

Friends:)

Friends are such a fantastic thing to have:)
They are those who you can trust,
Those who you can do stupid things in front of with out FEELING stupid;),
Those who you can be yourself in front of,
Those who don't get annoyed with listening to the same drama over and over,
Those who will always be there for you when you need someone,
Those who will do anything to make sure you are happy.

I was watching The Lord of the Rings a few weeks ago and I stopped and thought,
"I want to be a friend like Sam is."
Sam is Loyal, dependable, willing, determined, loving, thoughtful, etc.
Basically the PERFECT friend for me.
I want my friends to treat me like this, so I'm going to treat them like this.
You get what you give...or is it You give what you get??
Haha;)

Friends are the best thing you can have.
They usually won't cause you trouble,
They don't use you most of the time,
They are forgiving,
They are kind,
They are open to your ideas,
They are happy:),
They shape you to who you are.

I love my friends so much.
They have helped me through so much stuff I have gone through.
My friends really have shaped me unbelievably.
I Love them with all of my heart.

Salt Lake and Bloody Noses

Today I decided to go to Salt Lake City with some of my buddies:)
I went on an adventure with my Buddies Eric, Chris, Christian and Stephanie!
(I actually only met Christian and Stephanie--she's Chris's little sister)
We walked around EVERYWHERE!!
I got to see Eric in Skinny Jeans (So cute;))
Got Hot Chocolate, kissed Abe Lincoln, licked the liberty bell...
Oh ya. Fun stuff:)!
I did get two bloody noses though:(
One in Macy's when we were walking around...
And the other during my very special moment....Darn Nose...I hate you sometimes:(!!!
Still. Overall a pretty good day:)!

DRAMA.

*Raise your hand if you just LOVE drama!*
:O! No one raised their hand?
What?! Oh wait, there are a few people in the back that rose their hands!
Oh my goodness. The explains SO much!

And don't you just love it when you get in the middle of it all somehow?

To be trusted is a greater compliment than being loved.

Learning to trust the right people is one of the hardest things to do...

Once that trust is broken...It is never the same. ever.

I was reading back through some of my posts trying to find a post I once wrote.
I found it...
Nothing has really changed which is why I want to use my same words.
Word from November 15, 2011:

Saying "I love you" should be very special. Not thrown around like little girls throw glitter at parties.

I bring this up because I was talking with someone...And we discussed saying "I love you".
I don't know...
I'm trying not to say it as freely.
I want it to mean something when I say it...
