Indeed, It's True

It is true.

Someone screwed up my week.

Why?

Well, you see,

at UCAS there is this dance coming up.

Winter Formal

It is also a guys choice dance.

I had been talking to this one person about it.

[this person being a girl]

She said that if no guy asked me,

I should invite my own AF person because that's what she is doing.

Well,

I was still waiting to see if I would get asked.

(Which I really wasn't thinking I would in the first place--

Not trying to put myself down)

But anyway.

She came up to me today and said

"So are you going to ask {that male's name} to the dance?"

I replied

"I don't know yet...maybe...."

then....

"Oh ya! {Other male's name} was thinking about asking you, He talked to me today and asked if you had anyone ask you yet, and so naturally I said 'No, but I think she was going to bring someone from AF'"

:O!!!!

What was she thinking!?!?!

So,

sadly,

I don't think he is going to ask me to the dance anymore.

And I really don't want to deal with asking {this male's name},

So I am just gonna have another girls night...

Hmm.

Darn that girl.

She ruined my good weekend to come.

But it shall still be a good and glorious one!!
