She stares at the mirror.
Eyes sunken, lips chapped, skin a paste white, bones defined against her fragile skin. But what does she see?
Double chin, flabby arms, stomach sticking out a mile, legs too tight in her jeans.
Many boys and girls eyes are clouded over with the perception that they aren't good enough.
They will never be that size zero or have that six pack "everyone" has.
They will never have that perfect flawless skin that models have.
Never in this life.

great huh?
And quite true.
I had a good chat with Sabrina yesterday about eating disorders and how people talk about it, but don't really do anything about it.
If someone like me would think about it sometime in my life, imagine what other girls with lower self esteem would do, what they would go through to look like a model.
She would say to herself, "Oh, if they look that pretty, then maybe if I look like that, I'll be pretty."
But after so much diet and exercise, she could give up and turn to those tempting eating disorders.
They are easy.
Simply don't eat and exercise a lot.
Simple as that.
Is it healthy?
No.
Could it kill you eventually?
Yes.
Or you could try the harder way.
Eat too much and when you are alone, force it out of your system.
It's just wrong.
But to me, that's the message they are sending to small girls.
"Look like us. Be perfect. Then you will be happy. But only if you like exactly like us. Not big."
It's terrible......
That is also what I am writing a paper in English about.
I am directing it towards the Modeling Agencies across the US.
I doubt it will make a difference, but it's worth a shot right?
Just wish me luck:)
Remember that you are perfect just the way you are.
Because what you see. May not be the truth.

And Yes.
I hope none of you try this.
I've seen it hurt people.
It's nothing to take lightly.
